Who is Mike Osinski ?

Hello I am Mike Osinski, the force behind the website "Web Views by Mike Osinski".   I started my computer background in the mid 80’s when the word “Personal Computer or PC” was not used to describe a computer.  Big main frames and corporations ruled the computer world then, and the internet was still a dream yet to be realized.  Later I started my studying in Architecture and Graph Design at Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn MI.  Not far away my computer was there too, I am also an avid computer gamer.  But this computer bug took me in a new direction, I studied in one of the first computer aided designs or CAD classes at the college.  Plus I was a teachers aid there too, so part of my job was to set up the new PC's for the Auto CAD classes.  From there I graduated from ITT Technical Institute with honours and a member of the National Technical Honor Society.  In my computer career I worked with a few big names in the computer field: IBM, Compact, Dell Computers and Hewlett Packard "HP", are a few of the companies that gained from my hard work and commitment.  But there was still the love for making things; I am also a handyman and love working with my hands - I started doing this before the DIY movement took off.  I love to build things from custom fireplace mantle down to simple wooden shelves.  No matter what the project I always put a part of me into it - always.  Now with the internet I am putting my favorite things together - working with computers; designing and building suitable or better website's for you.  I have seen how website's started as simple pages posted on the internet, and grew into highly adaptable website's like the ones we see and use every day.  I consider these things to be fun, rewarding, relaxing while at the same time satisfying my curiosity about how they are made.

I also enjoy giving back in my community; I trained my service dog Jake Pogi not only to help me, but also to help others.  Jake and I are a certified dog therapy team; we are members of The 'Fur Angels' Pet Therapy Group of Michigan.  We visit schools, hospitals, nursing homes as well as retirement communities to make others feel special with the help of Jake.  And since Jake is my client too you can see my work on his website The Doodle Effect.
